African Growth comprises individuals of African descent who have united as a collective guided by the principles of Pan-Africanism. Our shared mission is to foster prosperity for people of African descent and empower them to address pressing challenges faced by communities in Africa, African American neighborhoods, and the global African diaspora. The African Growth Organization was formally registered in Ghana on December 23, 2020, and welcomes all Africans to join and enjoy the benefits of membership.
We invite individuals who have projects that can generate substantial funds each year to support Africa’s development, but lack the necessary funding to make these projects operational, to visit our platform and submit details about their projects. We aim to support such projects with the understanding that 65% of the profits generated will be used to support Africa’s development, and an additional 10% will go towards supporting the training of Africans and the creation and support of businesses owned by Africans.
We, along with several groups of Africans in the diaspora, including individuals from other regions of the African continent, are actively involved in various projects, all with the common purpose of providing solutions to the pressing problems and challenges our continent faces.
Since October 2024, we have received several commitments from various software engineers who have presented their projects and pledged to allocate 65% and 10% of the profits generated from these projects to support development initiatives across Africa.
We urge all Africans on social media to help us encourage others who believe they have projects that can generate substantial funds each year for Africa’s development but lack funding, to contact us and present their projects. By doing so, we can support their projects and together bring rapid development to Africa. Words cannot fully express the level of progress we will achieve if only 2% of Africans commit to this initiative. Many talented Africans have the potential to create transformative projects that will accelerate progress across the continent, enabling us to witness developments that were once unimaginable in our lifetime. But for this to happen, we must all make small sacrifices.
The solution to Africa’s challenges lies in harnessing the raw talents across diverse fields within our growing population and empowering our people to realize their aspirations by providing them with the means to embark on their journey toward a better future.
Our objective is to establish as many businesses as possible for people of African descent, rendering them economically self-sufficient for themselves, their families, the African community, and the global stage. Our primary focus will be on factories and businesses that prioritize intelligent, innovation-led expansion, establish agro-industries, along with technology-driven industries. This initiative will result in the creation of numerous sustainable companies and industrial growth, subsequently generating competitive and lasting employment opportunities for individuals of African descent. These advancements are poised for exponential growth.
We are motivated by the goal of fostering hope among Africans because we believe it is possible to achieve a higher standard of living in Africa if we are deliberate, determined, and focus on the right projects. As we begin to see results that ensure Africans can enjoy a better quality of life in their own countries, it will, in turn, deter many from undertaking hazardous journeys through places like Libya. We are stepping in to offer practical solutions to these critical issues, and the only way to kick-start such projects in their entirety, is to raise sufficient funds.
Our comprehensive economic strategy is designed to rapidly transform African businesses by enhancing productivity, visibility, and growth, leading to a significant boost in economic impact and an exponential increase in annual revenues across the continent.

Membership is open to vetted individuals who, upon joining, gain the right to vote on crucial decisions, including selecting projects that will benefit the African continent, specific African countries, African American communities, or the global African diaspora.
In our commitment to education, African Growth plans to sponsor a significant number of students from every African country, ensuring they receive further education, to achieve the highest level of academic success.
