My name is Mr. Pamelo Bubi, a Congolese software engineer. I completed my BSc and Master’s degree in Ireland. My partners and I own an instant messaging and e-commerce app, and we run a business called iFlex Technologies.

We are offering one hundred thousand slots of shares to a select group of individuals in our organization.
